Scandal 22nd single "stamp" music video review‏

The official music video for scandal"stamp" has finally been released,wooh!!!(sorry guys, this take precedence over chara expo)

Scandal is back after their "hello world" tour just in time to release their summer single,"stamp".

And action! 

"Stamp" start off well with a closeup view of haruna(aka scandal leader)

(As always haruna has a great voice,being their vocalist) 

Next up is tomomi(aka scandal bass player and squeaky voice)  

 






























(Don't start hating on me tomomi fans but I am actually a big fan of her voice and i think it complement very well with lots of scandal song,it just that my friend nicknamed her as squeaky voice so it kind of just stuck with me)

(I like Mami voice a lot also especially her solo part in Kagen no tsuki(scandal single) and hon no yomu her solo song in their hello world! Album(in fact,hon no yomu is my most favourite solo song in the hello world album)

(My favourite scandal member!,no word can describe her cuteness)

(By the way,there seem to quite a number of English words being implement in the song especially in the chorus part) 

The most funniest part in the music video definitely would be Rina jumpsuit string keep on coming down and the next moment it is up again

Judgement:To tell the truth,I was slightly dissapointed with the full version of the song,the short version sound promising but when the full version comes its like full of English words bombing at my face,It is not a bad fit for summer though but it lack the punch compare to their previous single (scandal 21st single image). That say it is their first release for the year 2015 and a refreshing new change of music style and music video instead of their usual music video where they are just just shown playing instrument in some studio like kagen no tsuki(scandal 19th single) and overdrive(scandal 18th single0,so I think I will give it 7/10

This week review featuring....

Chara expo 2015 Singapore!(clap,clap)

Thanks for the round of applause!(me and my imagination) 

For starters,the Chara expo was pretty enjoyable bearing in mind that this the first time that the Chara expo is being held In Singapore.

Starting off with some picture i taken at chara expo

I brought the early bird ticket before hand at about $6(Singapore dollar) 

It come with a goodies bag too!

Continuing on,this was the first picture that I took after receiving the goodies bag

Personally,i am a fan of the super sentai and kamen rider series,will probably blog more about it in the future

So around this time,someone was walking around with a signboard stating that it was mashiro ayano live at the main stage(little me ,immediately rush to main stage)

Photo taking is prohibited at her live and many organiser were going around to stop people from taking photo so this was the only photo that I manage to sneakily take

Stuff-Midi controller‏

This week,we are going to talk about another cool stuff

The Midi controller!

Q:So how to use Midi controller?

Ans:From what I know,each button will produce a different sound when you press it.For example,the Midi controller above has a layout of 4x4 button so 16 different sound can be produce from it. 

What I like about the midi controller is that,it can be use by anyone who wish to mash up,without much prior knowledge of the midi controller unlike music instrument(p.s. Its a great tool for partying too!)

Isn't it great?the limitless potential of midi controllers!!(OK,a little exaggerated here but you get my point)

Anyway,midi controller has already taken the world by storm being use in many club by DJs

Judgement:Though the midi controller is quite cool,but with its pricing at($219.00)as shown on djtechtools,maybe the touch screen version will be healthier for my Wallet

Trip:Funan anime matsuri 2015‏

As stated in the last week post,I am going to talk about my trip to Funan Anime Matsuri 2015

Almost every year,funan anime matsuri is held at funan IT mall in Singapore,it is not a big event but there are plenty of notable event there like card game tournament e.g cardfight!vanguard! And performance of artist from Japan.

This year guest singer are bless 4

When I arrive in the afternoon of the second day...

Quite a lot of people had already arrive probably for the anime screening

   People having fun at the card games table

   People having vanguard match 

                          (Surprise,surprise!who say only guys enjoy cardgames only?) 

And the main purpose of coming here(drum roll....!!!)

(dun't ask me why i took this,i just got the feel)

Judgement:its a pretty good small scale anime event with lot of different activities to look forward to everyday,however I would only come for two day(both day in the late afternoon)as I was busy,would have love to come for the performance on the sat.

Overall its a pretty great event its like the appetizer for what comes next:Chara expo Singapore 2015!

Stuff-Japanese maglev toy train goes up to 500km/hour?‏

This post was suppose to be about Funan Anime Matsuri,however if there is no event what am i going to blog about??(me and my rant)anyway,this is a new segment i will be introducing which is part of the category call-"stuff"where basically i will blog about some of the interesting stuff that i saw over the internet related to japan,so here goes...

Wow!(was the first words that escape from my mouth after I view the article)

I mean being for a toy its pretty impressive(in fact,unbelievable)to chalk up to 500km/hr,its just a toy right?I mean...anyway,take a look at the video under the link,cause its just awesome.

Maybe you didn't get all wow like me,but you have to admit the toy is really quite cool.I like the part especially when they compare the maglev train with the current toy shinkansen model(Japanese bullet train),it make the shinkansen look like a tortoise even though shinkansen can notch up to about 300m/hr,which is faster then most car. 

That say,the price of the maglev train model is pretty steep pricing at 35,000 yen (US$283),oh well....maybe I should add the maglev testing museum when I visit Japan someday(that the price for a cool toy)
